Incorporated in Singapore on 27th August, 2002.
Nature of Business : Provision of Ship management
services and supporting services.
Basically the company is a Ship Manager and provides feeder
services.
5. Ship Managers
The company designated by the ship owner or charterer to be
responsible for the day to day commercial running of the ship.
This company may be an owner related company, or a third-party
manager, whose purpose is primarily the management of ships for their
ship-owning clients.
N.B. Many ships today are owned by banks or finance/leasing
companies who have no operational involvement whatever. In practice
the lessee companies, referred to as ‘Disponent Owners’ or one of their
subsidiary companies, may appear as the Manager of the ship.
6. Feeder Vessel compared to Mother Vessel
Feeder vessel is small in size compared to mother vessel.
They serve between smaller ports with large ports.
They serve shorter distances.
Feeder vessels feeds cargo from smaller ports to large ports
to mother vessel for exports and from main ports to smaller
ports for imports.
Over the years, feeder lines have been established by
organizations transporting containers over a predefined route
on a regular basis.
Feeder ships are often run by companies that also specialize
in short sea shipping.
They can carry between 300 TEU’s to 3000 TEU’s.

Connecting Carrier Agreement
It is a contract between the originating carrier and a second party,
where the second party agrees to carry goods to a final destination on a
Through Bill of Lading.

Through B/L
A ‘Through Bill of Lading’ is that bill of lading where there is only one
mode of cargo movement but has different legs, like sea and inland
waterways.
With respect to carrier’s responsibility, In through bill of lading, carrier is
responsible only for their leg of sea transport.

Service B/L
Documentation issued by one carrier to another for internal
control purposes.
This B/L may be issued by the feeder vessel or another carrier
who evacuates the cargo from the main port to final destination
or origin to main port, i.e the 2nd leg of transport being the inland
waterways incase of imports or the 1st leg of transport being the
inland waterways incase of exports.
