Dalton Gooding
Dalton has over 35 years experience in business advisory and corporate finance
related services. He spent 18 years at Ernst & Young in business services 14 of these
as a Partner. During this time he was a member of the National Council of Ernst &
Young for 4 years and Divisional Director of Business Services in Perth for 12 years.
Over this period, Dalton has developed enduring relationship with his clients, as a
trusted advisor, becoming closely involved in their businesses and taking a keen
interest in the challenges facing them in today’s fast changing business environment.
Dalton’s areas of expertise include: income tax, business restructuring, business
acquisitions and corporate finance advice. Dalton is currently appointed as a Director
or Chairman for over 25 companies, providing them with sound financial advice and
business strategy.
Stephen Bushell
Stephen has over 27 years experience within the accounting and financial services
industry, with a focus on accounting, taxation, business management and
superannuation in the small the medium enterprise sector. In addition, he has also
been involved in establishing and developing management accounting and IT
solutions for a number of clients over the past 17 years. Having played an integral
part in the success of Gooding Partners, Stephen enjoys sharing his experience with
clients, giving them the insight to achieve success faster. Stephen is the current
Chairman of DFK Australia New Zealand Ltd and also sits on the Executive Committee
of DFK Asia Pacific representing Australia and New Zealand.
Glenn Bourke
Glenn has over 20 years experience in chartered accounting, providing business
advisory and taxation services to clients ranging from start-ups to publically listed
companies. This has included:
 Due Diligence;
 Valuations;
 Finance proposals;
 Advice on business acquisitions and disposals;
 Taxation structuring and planning.
Adrian van Dam
Adrian is a Chartered Accountant with more than 14 years experience in taxation and
commerce industries. Prior to working at Gooding Partners, Adrian spent a number of
years in London working with FTSE100 listed companies and Merrill Lynch Investment
Bank. His work at Merrill Lynch involved forecasting, development of business models
for both organic and inorganic growth opportunities as well as due diligence on
potential merger targets. Adrian currently advises a number of clients as a
Chief Financial Officer, together with performing due diligence assignments for
potential business sales and purchases. Adrian also undertakes a wide variety of
valuation engagements for both transactional projects and Tax Office obligations.
