Financial Responsibilities:
Reviewthe P&Lmonthlyandworkwiththe hospital managertoincrease profitabilityby
increasingrevenueandlimitingexpenses.
Work withthe managementteam toprepare andsubmitthe yearlybudget(budgetforecast,
operatingplan,cap-ex expenditures) andparticipate inthe evaluationprocess.
Supportthe implementationof marketingprograms.
