Professional Staff Management:

poor performance.
 Reviewpatientrecordsforcompletenessandaccuracyand use as a tool to promote medical
excellence.
 Reviewthe detailedordersto ensure thatchargesare capturedand properlyassigned.
 Conductregulardoctor meetings.
 Coordinate doctorcoverage tomake sure the hospital iscoveredatall times.
