During high school and college I worked in the food industry, from selling ice cream, to serving beer and pizza, and making mornings better at a coffee shop. I gained extensive knowledge about the customer service business by working in restaurants. One of the most valuable lessons I learned is that customer experience isn't always about the food or drinks, but the level of personal customer service they received.
