I am an Agile coach and experienced Scrum Master applying my unique and diverse experience to developing effective teams and systems. In addition to experience with software development, I have broad IT experience, including website development, database admin, sysadmin, and tech support roles. My approach to observing and coaching teams benefits from the assessment, treatment planning, and therapy experience I gained during my externships and M.S. in Clinical Psychology. I not only help teams achieve greater levels of performance, but assesses programs and organizations in order to improve and adapt the overall system to avoid costs, mitigate risks, and accrete value.
