9. User Settings
When you reset a list it is based on the redial selections
made in this window.
*You have option to create 12 Customized Call Results.

results with a check mark in the Redialed box will get
turned back ON when reset.
*Lead Status Triggers allow you to start sectioning off
your data by call results for later use or quick reference.

*Dialer Results in the top right corner are for the files
you never touch during a multiline call session that will
also be set up during your software training session.
*Lower left corner 4-7 ring cycle selection. You have the
option to choose how many times the phone will ring out
before it disconnects. Depending on the list and your
intention you may or may not want to reach a voicemail
so you will set it accordingly. A common cold call setup
is 4 rings, focusing on live answers. Customer
service/retention calls you would want a full ring cycle so
6 rings would be a more appropriate setting.
10. Playing Call Back Message
