User Settings

 *Dialer Results in the top right corner are for the files
 you never touch during a multiline call session that will
 also be set up during your software training session.

 *Lower left corner 4-7 ring cycle selection. You have the
 option to choose how many times the phone will ring out
 before it disconnects. Depending on the list and your
 intention you may or may not want to reach a voicemail
 so you will set it accordingly. A common cold call setup
 is 4 rings, focusing on live answers. Customer
 service/retention calls you would want a full ring cycle so
 6 rings would be a more appropriate setting.
Playing Call Back Message




     Callback Message (multiline

     of your choice that will play
     automatically if the 2nd or 3rd
     line in that set pick up and you
     are not available. That person
     will be stored in the system
     and redialed next call after you
     complete the first call and
