biggest health trends.
“Healing” spices are nothing new, but more and more
people are introducing spices such as tumeric to their
diets on a daily basis. Tumeric is an incredibly
powerful spice with many rumored health benefits.
Although there isn’t much scientific evidence proving
it’s power, many hopefuls are adding tumeric to
everything – including their milk.

nation right now is the Ketogenic Diet.
This diet is certainly an interesting one,
but it has a lot of people trying it out
