Final Project
2. “Not on My Watch!” movement seeks
to engage faith-based leaders of all
denominations to take action against
human trafficking and other crimes
against women and children, and to
create a citywide presence and call to
action against human trafficking and
domestic violence against women and
children.
3. •Human Trafficking is modern-day slavery and involves the use
of force, fraud, or coercion to obtain some type of labor or
commercial acts.
• The main two are type which was
•Labor
• Low or non pay
• Abuse (Verbal, threated or physical)
• The supervisor may hide the employers’ IDs, travel visa or passport.
• False accusations
• Small businesses taking advance of their employers
•Sexual
• It is force which means it is rape
• Force by many male into one female
• Prostitution
• To work in a strip club
• Drug up

8. •The victims may not feel love & safe at home or school
• Some of the victims may experience abuse from families while other may experience bullying
from school
• They feel like nobody is paying attention to them so they seek on the internet for attention
• The Perpetrators try to fulfil the victims emotional problem by treating them with sex, drugs,
clothes, jewelry and money.
• They use strong passion LOVE to paying attention to them for the victims to fall into the trap of
many sexual activities (rape), drug up , just to get
• The victims can’t find a job ,their life cost are going up and the pimps are the only people who are
helping them financially
• Some of the victim's prey are the family members
• Some of the children who sell candy during subway train rides (which appearances to be
innocent) are use by parents for Labor tariffing

Minaj, Kendrick Lamar which lyrics promote disrespecting females, pimp lifestyle, doing anything
for money

Why does this happen?

Every Church should knows their local Police Precinct
Victims of whom need physical rescue have to bring to a
place of SAFE like Hospital, shelters, if they are minor
the NYPD have to call the parents/guardian or ACS
Prosecute all of the Perpetrators
Shelters Can be an alternative Places where victims can
escape to get physical, mental and emotional help of
recovering
11. Partnership with Politian from city hall to Washington D.C. must
make laws to Advocacy for victims (especially children)to be take out
safest; Also Advocacy for this industry to be shut down because
nobody deserve to be sold to be abuse. The methods are to call, write
letters, speak face-to-face testimonies, do rallies, press conferences,
have meetings with different group of people at the round table.

The church should embrace the victims with compassion(no shame) to
provide; spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically
Spiritually by find the pastor or one of the church leadership like a licensed
Chaplain to pray with them
Mentally and emotionally with counseling by listening to them and give
comfort
Physically by calling Paramedic

In 2018 I Received Certification for successful completion Combating
Human Trafficking and Domestic Violence training and Certificate of
Recognition Award for Outstanding PowerPoint Final Project.

You will be rewarded when the time is right, if you don’t give up.” The Two awards have showed me that my community work is not in
vain, especially when human trafficking and domestic violence victims need to be free. In order for youth in New York City's urban
neighborhoods to remain active, loved, feel belong and safe, they need holistically resources and activities. >
