I hold an MA in Democracy and Human Rights from BirZeit University since 2004. I have a Press Diploma, and a Translation Diploma (English-Arabic-English), and BA in English Language. I have been working with the PNA Ministry of social Affairs since 2005. Now I am the Assistant Deputy Minister for Planning & Administrative development (since 2009). I am in charge of policy, strategic planning, budgeting, HR management and HR development. I am coordinating the Palestinian national program for Social Protection and coordinating the work of the steering committee of the Cash Transfers Program.
