3. PRINT
Barratt London - Awards document
Awards document that accompanies the submission of the Barratt London
scheme ‘Landmark Place’ at the Housing Awards 2016.
The idea was to present the scheme with a striking layout identifying with
the schemes state of the art design.

5. Barratt London - Fact sheet
A range of fact sheets designed to be given to potential apartment buyers
for the schemes: Aldgate Place, Catford Green and Fulham Riverside.
Combining details of the apartments such as prices, facilities and
specifications with large imagery to create an attractive design.
Fulham Riverside
7. Derwent London - Print collateral
To work alongside the new look website for property development
company Derwent London, I set out redesigning their print collateral to add
consistency to their brand.

8. Bellway - print collateral
Redesigning Bellway’s print collateral with the idea that each scheme has
its own identity instead of one brand for all schemes making it easier for
individual marketing campaigns and new websites.
The orange symbol shape was used as a window for the images with each
scheme colour chosen to compliment the orange.

9. British Land - Eden Walk feedback report
The Eden Walk feedback report was designed for British Land to be given to
the local Council of the scheme showing numerous statistics on the opinions
of people questioned at the consultation events towards the scheme.
The main focal point of the document was the info-graphics that had to be
engaging and attractive but also be clear and easy to read.

11. Cappuccino menu
To sit alongside the new decor of the café, Cappuccino needed a new look menu.
The new menu removed the photographs of food and instead featured a
minimalistic look with a new colour palette.
12. Earlsbury promotional leaflet
With Ealrsbury looking to bolster its client list, I was commissioned to design
a range of flyers that would advertise the services of the company.
The idea was simple, the design has to be eye catching and simple with the
use of colour showing superior print quality that Earlsbury were advertising.
13. Oceans 14
Creating a new website for the Northern Ireland holiday apartments
company Oceans 14.
The main focal point of the site is the uncluttered design and easy navigation
with large imagery.

14. Illustration
Self initiated illustration
Exploring the use of the mesh tool within Illustrator for the first time in an
attempt to add shading to my illustrations to present a sense of realism
within my work.
This was an extremely useful exercise that has improved my knowledge of
Illustrator whilst combining my interests of art Deco architecture and the use
of colour.
