Training Off-Season Major League Baseball Players
In 2012, I began to train New York Met Curtis Granderson, Cleveland Indian
Jason Kipnis, and other MLB players during their off-seasons. We practiced
muay thai, boxing, and Meridian Touch Sports Yoga for body conditioning
and recovery.
Personalized Meridian Touch Group Services
In 2012, I began to orchestrate Aggregate Health & Wellness services to high
profile clients in New York City. Meridian Touch Group coordinates fulltime
chef services, acupuncture, personal training, shiatsu, and more.
Training Collegiate Athletes at the University of Illinois, Chicago
In 2009, I began to train the UIC Flames Men’s Basketball and Women’s
Volleyball and Softball team’s in Meridian Touch Sports Yoga for injury and
training recovery, injury prevention, and body suppleness.
