Fire safety system in
the mall was
accomplished with all
the equipment's such
as hydrants on the
outer periphery fire
alarms, smoke
detector, public
announcement system,
water sprinklers, hose
reel, and fire exit were
given. A safety exit and
circulation plan was
their on every floor to
prevent from any
danger.
3. ELECTRICAL SERVICES
The electrical system was
main connected to the
transformer their on site
and from their it was
transferred to the whole
building their were
electrical panel rooms in
every floor and separate
junction box. Landscape
lighting was also given

The mall had HVAC and duct running all over the common and closed
spaces to keep the building ventilated no

The building had a separate service staircase and a staircase in the inner
space and lift their was separate staircase for fire exit also.
6. SIGNAGE
Signs are given everywhere to help the public with easy directions and
denoting the area the passage is leading to.
7. PLUMBING
Plumbing is on the rare side of the building so that it can
be easily serviced when required.
8. ACCESS CONTROL
The mall has two entry and exit both the place has a
security room and barrier they have cameras in all
the spaces and the entry they have machine
checking the bag and public entering the space.
