 Therapeutic Resource Centers (TRCs) provide specialized pharmacists to support
patients with complicated conditions
 TRCs strive to increase adherence and close “Gaps in Care” – patients not receiving
optimal treatment for their condition

• Prescription correct for diagnosis, but based on missing refills, patient
may not be compliant
 Gaps associated with increased risk of disease progression and
