would take calls from escalated customers and my job was to deescalate and resolve the situation to the
customers satisfaction. This job required fast thinking, excellent math skills, problem solving, communication
and customer service. This job really helped me grow.

Was a performer for the majority of my career at this job. This was a very busy amusement park in Branson
that would host 20,000 people a day frequently. Was responsible for safety of guests, learning material and

numerous times per day in all weather conditions. Was a tour guide of a large underground cave in my time
there where I was responsible for 70 people at a time and would take them on a one hour tour and operate a
cable train to exit the cave whichrequired safety and training skills in rescue as well as CPR.
