I have led the organisation since April 2013, being a Director since 2009. I have deliver innovative solutions to complex problems, through change projects such as Bus Partnerships which have pushed the boundaries nationally; and by migrating a traditional retail offer into a digital led solution supported by kiosk and community outlet options. I have bought transparency to the business, built stronger relationships with key stakeholders and of course directed the budget the budget setting over the last 3 years.
