booth, a new state of the art Robotic Spray Booth and Ovens for cab and hoodpaint,

upgrading all productionlines,upgrade facility by paintingceilings,walls, aislesetc,
renovatingfront offices, upgrade interiorand exteriorlighting,paving all parking lots
and property.

our needs.
Workedwith St Clair College todevelopan accreditedcourse “Certificate of
Manufacturing” – this isa 200 hour trainingcourse (material coveredManufacturing
and assembly,Team building,Qualityin Manufacturing, Health & Environmentin
Manufacturing, Materialsin Manufacturing,and Information Technology) that all
Chatham employeeswouldgo through. This was a pilot program that the College
endedup rollingout to another college and plans to roll out across Ontario.
Responsible toensure flawlessproduct launchesat Chatham of ProStar and LoneStar
models.Put a team together to work on from the beginningto work with the
engineerstoensure designfor manufacturing and assembly.
Ensured Chatham receivedISO9000 and ISO 14001 certificationand maintainedthem.
