Overview
Fellgroup is a global orga-
nization with experienced
partners around the
world. Many of our proj-
ects have been completed
in what can best be de-
scribed as difficult circum-
stances. Our team and
partners are committed to
stay the course and deliv-
er on our brand promise
to take on tough projects
and to finish them with
the highest possible qual-
ity in a cost effective and
timely manner.
To realize our vision we
create great relationships
with clients, local individ-
uals, and partners, hold-
ing the same high stan-
dards and ideals for all.
For Clients
we make sure that the
projects we are involved
in fit their requirements,
are completed with high
standards, and make the
best possible local impact.
Because we are recog-
nized for excellence and
offer unique abilities, we
are a trusted advisor to
key decision makers.
For Local Individuals
we make sure that we
build capacity at a local
level to ensure long-term
sustainability. This means
we choose to work with,
and train local inhabitants
so they are committed
and capable of maximizing
the use and upkeep of the
construction. By hiring lo-
cally we infuse money into
the local economy to help
improve more lives. Fell-
group continues to sup-
port the local community
as much as possible, so
that long after projects are
‘done,’ we are still making
sure what we helped cre-
ate remains sustainable.
For Our Partners
we choose highly skilled,
capable people and
companies that share
our vision for sustainable
development. It is critical
that eveyone believes
in improving the lives of
locals, not just making as
much money as possible
and leaving. Even more
than believeing in this,
our partners are the very
people that train and help
the local community.
Enhance the well
being of a billion
people by sustainably
developing infrastruc-
ture and empowering
the communities
where we work.

Core Values
We are committed to
delivering new and chal-
lenging projects around
the world, including
engineering, construc-
tion, and a diverse array
of sustainable develop-
ment programs as we
make progress towards
our goal of improving
lives worldwide.
Over the next decade
we will continue to
build a track record of
excellence, expand our
global presence and
realize sustainable pro-
grams that can touch as
many lives as possible.
Respect the Individual
We treat everyone with the
same high level of respect.
People are the most
important component of
our organization and we
strive to cultivate respect-
ful relationships from top
to bottom and across all
industry segments. This
includes former, current
and future employees,
partners, customers, and
everyone else.
We aim to see the world
through a different lens.
Adventure & Innovation
We actively pursue adven-
ture by seeking out new
challenges and opportuni-
ties; thereby moving for-
ward boldly.
Only by pursuing new activ-
ities can we truly innovate
and effect positive change in
the world.
We push the envelope,
continually improve perfor-
mance, and think without
boundaries.
“I speak to everyone
in the same way,
whether he is the
garbage man or the
president of the
university.”
Albert Einstein
“I’ve come to believe
that anything you
imagine is probably
doable. You just have
to imagine it and
work on it.”

Diversity Rules
Fellgroup value comes from
assembling a diverse team
of unique minds and expe-
riences to solve complex
challenges.
We listen to different per-
spectives, remain open to
new ideas, and
embrace
differences to
achieve a
greater
level
of
creativity.
Always Authentic
We are who we say we are
and we do what we say
we’re going to do.
When we give our word,
it’s a commitment. We
stand by commitments.
It’s pretty simple.
No gimmicks,
ever.
Excellence
We realize that excellence
is hard to achieve and we
need to set the standard
and be the best we can
be in order to meet this
expectation.
We stand out from others
to deliver the greatest val-
ue to our clients, benefi-
ciaries, and communities.
“Strength lies in
differences, not
similarities.”
Steven Covey
“Authenticity is a
collection of choices
we have to make
every day. It’s about
the choice to show
up and be real. The
choice to be
honest... to let
our true selves
be seen.”
Brené Brown
“Excellence is not a
skill. It is an attitude.”

The Fellgroup Impact Initiative
Fellgroup has earned a reputation for structurally
sound infrastructure, but our definition of success
hinges on the lasting effects of our projects on com-
munities. We believe this distinction—from all other
infrastructure companies—is significant.
We are driven to facilitate positive impacts on the res-
idents of the regions in which our projects take place.
We do this by taking the needs and expectations of
the community into consideration during project plan-
ning and eliciting sustainable developmental growth.
The Fellgroup Impact Planning Initiative is a series of
objective guidelines and training materials that trans-
form high-caliber goals into tangible steps for success.
Impact Planning helps to break down the overwhelm-
ing task of positively impacting a billion people into
concise and realistic steps that can be executed and
documented during each phase of project develop-
ment. By training all professionals on the necessity
of sustainability and empowerment in relation to the
field of infrastructure, projects become well rounded
and more valuable for the target community.
Step by step, professionals are trained in sustainable
practices, sustainable growth guidelines, checklist
systems for ensuring prompt and proper practice,
how-to guides for documenting project develop-
ment/sustainability, impact assessment tools,
and education on the different
components of brainstorming,
planning, and implementing
successful projects that leave
long-term, positive impacts.
Our Impact Planning Initia-
tive seeks to avoid future
mishaps and ensure
that stakeholders,
communities,
team members,
and other
interested
parties are
satisfied with
a project.
Thus, sustainability is correctly in-
corporated into project management,
allowing for optimized economic, social and
environmentally-sensitive development.
We believe that
for projects to be
truly successful we
must become
members of the
project community.

Guidelines for Sustainable Projects
To maximize our positive impact in communities and
empower the people we work with, Guidelines for
Sustainable Projects (GSP) helps to point Fellgroup
towards successful and sustainable projects.
Why is Sustainability important?
Incorporating sustainability into Project Management
addresses economic, social and environmentally-sen-
sitive development throughout the project process.
Sustainability is a management methodology that
enables consideration and interaction with all involved
parties. Each project builds on what sustainability
means to Fellgroup:
•	Create Meaningful Projects. These projects meet
the needs and expectations of the region and com-
munities. They thrive over time, add value to the
community and empower all.
•	Add and Share Value. Considering all interested
project parties by identifying, assessing, and inte-
grating their needs and expectations into develop-
ment can ebhance value and accountability, and
optimize resources.
•	Establish Long-term Relationships with Stakeholders.
Sustainable projects that create, foster, and maintain
strong and long-term relationships with the stake-
holders involved. They enable community develop-
ment and Fellgroup’s professional development.
The Guideline for Sustainable Projects illustrates how
to correctly implement sustainability into projects:
•	GSP Checklist helps to ensure that all steps have
been completed.
•	GSP Stakeholder Engagement Matrix enables proj-
ect managers to register and control the different
performance steps.
•	Impact File tracks data related to project impact.
This file informs the project’s Sustainability Report.
For Fellgroup, Sustainability is directly connected to
our Impact Initiative. Our underlying goal is to em-
power as many people as possible while remaining
profitable as a long-standing business. Sustainability
Guidelines incorprates sustainability into project man-
agement to optimize community empowerment and
take into account the economic and environmental
impact of our company.
Sustainability Model
The Fellgroup Sustainability Model guides and ensures
that procedures meet intentions and that we continuous-
ly address our principles in day-to-day operations. The
model integrates principles, vision and best practices:

  • 12. © 2016 Fell Group, LLC, Austin, Texas, USA. All rights reserved. The Fellgroup Impact Initiative Fellgroup has earned a reputation for structurally sound infrastructure, but our definition of success hinges on the lasting effects of our projects on com- munities. We believe this distinction—from all other infrastructure companies—is significant. We are driven to facilitate positive impacts on the res- idents of the regions in which our projects take place. We do this by taking the needs and expectations of the community into consideration during project plan- ning and eliciting sustainable developmental growth. The Fellgroup Impact Planning Initiative is a series of objective guidelines and training materials that trans- form high-caliber goals into tangible steps for success. Impact Planning helps to break down the overwhelm- ing task of positively impacting a billion people into concise and realistic steps that can be executed and documented during each phase of project develop- ment. By training all professionals on the necessity of sustainability and empowerment in relation to the field of infrastructure, projects become well rounded and more valuable for the target community. Step by step, professionals are trained in sustainable practices, sustainable growth guidelines, checklist systems for ensuring prompt and proper practice, how-to guides for documenting project develop- ment/sustainability, impact assessment tools, and education on the different components of brainstorming, planning, and implementing successful projects that leave long-term, positive impacts. Our Impact Planning Initia- tive seeks to avoid future mishaps and ensure that stakeholders, communities, team members, and other interested parties are satisfied with a project. Thus, sustainability is correctly in- corporated into project management, allowing for optimized economic, social and environmentally-sensitive development. We believe that for projects to be truly successful we must become members of the project community. 12

Create Meaningful Projects Add & Share Vision Develop Strong Relationships Guidelines for Sustainable Projects To maximize our positive impact in communities and empower the people we work with, Guidelines for Sustainable Projects (GSP) helps to point Fellgroup towards successful and sustainable projects. Why is Sustainability important? Incorporating sustainability into Project Management addresses economic, social and environmentally-sen- sitive development throughout the project process. Sustainability is a management methodology that enables consideration and interaction with all involved parties. Each project builds on what sustainability means to Fellgroup: • Create Meaningful Projects. These projects meet the needs and expectations of the region and com- munities. They thrive over time, add value to the community and empower all. • Add and Share Value. Considering all interested project parties by identifying, assessing, and inte- grating their needs and expectations into develop- ment can ebhance value and accountability, and optimize resources. • Establish Long-term Relationships with Stakeholders. Sustainable projects that create, foster, and maintain strong and long-term relationships with the stake- holders involved. They enable community develop- ment and Fellgroup’s professional development. The Guideline for Sustainable Projects illustrates how to correctly implement sustainability into projects: • GSP Checklist helps to ensure that all steps have been completed. • GSP Stakeholder Engagement Matrix enables proj- ect managers to register and control the different performance steps. • Impact File tracks data related to project impact. This file informs the project’s Sustainability Report. For Fellgroup, Sustainability is directly connected to our Impact Initiative. Our underlying goal is to em- power as many people as possible while remaining profitable as a long-standing business. Sustainability Guidelines incorprates sustainability into project man- agement to optimize community empowerment and take into account the economic and environmental impact of our company. Sustainability Model The Fellgroup Sustainability Model guides and ensures that procedures meet intentions and that we continuous- ly address our principles in day-to-day operations. The model integrates principles, vision and best practices: Sustainability Principles • Prioritizing and engaging with meaningful and sus- tainable projects • Accountability and optimized use of donor and inves- tor funds • Designing and developing the most sustainable and empowering infrastructure for the community • Training and building long-term relationships with our employees, partners, subcontractors, and the communities where we operate • Monitoring, communicating and always striving to improve our engagement and performance • Guaranteeing customer and beneficiary satisfaction Build-Train-Maintain-Empower Vision • Build projects and programs worldwide • Train our global workforce and local constituents • Maintain involvement through strong relationships • Empower those with whom we work and for whom projects are intended to benefit. International Corporate Responsibility (best practices) • GRI G4 Guidelines • ISO 26000:2010 • United Nations: Global Compact Relationships that contribute to development and growth.
