Subject: Letter of Recommendation
As the Aerospace Market Segment Manager for GF Machining Solutions, I had the
pleasure of employing David Haddad as an intern during the summer. Although David
participated in several projects ranging from the preparation of technical documents to
operating our machine tools, his primary task was to assist us in merging and vetting
various customer databases for the USA Aerospace manufacturing industry. David not
only performed this task with great expediency and minimal supervision, he took it on his
own to develop a process for us to use Google Maps to geo-locate each potential
customer in individual regions. He introduced us to new processes that were never even
considered by our organization, and then took the initiative to write a manual on how to
use the databases within the Google enterprise.
David is a smart and innovative self-starter, and I believe that he would be productive in
any assignment. I would highly recommend David for a higher level internship that would
help him achieve his senior year goals.
