It should have the typical necessities, e.g. Eye mask, toothbrush, etc, and they must be ergonomic. It must be unique and better than competing airline’s amenity kits. It must appeal to a wide range of people. It must be fairly cheap to manufacture.<br />It must be easy to store and carry. It must promote British Airways. It must have some graphics on it. It must keep passengers and children occupied. It must try to make the user favour the airline.<br />
