SUBJECT: Soldier Participation with SCARNG Honor Guard
1. This memorandum is in reference to SPC Jeffcoat, David.
2. This Soldier has been selected to assist with the rendering of Military Funeral Honors
for our fallen Veterans. He has successfully completed training and is in good standing
with the Military Honors program.
3. On behalf of the Adjutant General of South Carolina, we appreciate this Soldier’s
honorable service to both his country and state. Further participation within the Honor
Guard program exemplifies the extent of this Soldier’s selfless service, discipline, and
overall willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty.
