Team Supervision
• Supervised a professional team that oversaw three divisions within Housing
Department: Student Housing, Residential Community, and Residential Facilities,
including 12 full time staff, 6 part time staff and 54 live-in Community Coordinators.
• Assumed responsibility and oversight of Fuller Guest and Conference Center July
2009, adding 10 full-time and 1 part time staff members to the Housing team. The
facility has a total of 73 units, ranging from studio, 1, 2, and 4 bedroom apartments
utilized for short term stays for by Fuller constituents.
• Recruited applicants, conducted interviews, and selected 33 - 61 Resident Advisors
yearly for five years; trained and supervised in accomplishment of Residential
Community priorities.
Strategic Planning
• Participated in the design, development, and building phases of a new construction: 4
building, 179 unit student housing apartment complex with a mix of studio, studio
loft, 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments.
• Served on Strategic Resources Objectives Task Force, Affordability Task Force and
Administration Restructuring committees to report and make recommendations to the
Provost and Provost Council regarding Fuller’s long term financial goals.
• Presented to Board of Trustees, President’s Council, Provost’s Council, and
Administrators’ meetings regarding student housing demographics, off-campus housing
market analysis, admissions trends, housing waitlist numbers that delineated need for
additional student housing facilities for the Pasadena campus of Fuller Seminary.

• Member: Western Association of College and University Housing Officers.
• Presenter: Best Practices Workshop titled “Contextual Programming for the
Intergenerational Graduate Apartment Community” for Student Personnel
