HILL is specifically targeting the learning ofthe audience that CrossKnowledge deals with on a daily
basis - young adults, professionals, and experts within companies. it clearly explains all the
possibilities to inspire and to support adults in their continuous learning and development process. A
new mindset is needed to come to a different approach where learners are in the driver seat oftheir
own learning & development process and are supported in ways that create real impact.
The central question ofthe research project was: if we were to apply the HILL-model to the current
Learning Experience System in development(Project ACE), how would such a learning arrangement
look like? What would need to be developed to make our current system and content HILL-worthy?
What is already good? Whatis present, but could be better? What is missing and needs to be
developed (Quick wins & Long-term investments)? Together we figured out how to'HILL-proof'our
learning experience and CrossKnowledge will be enhancing the LE System for the future. We will
make use of the recommendations, propositions and creative ideas to inspire us towards our new way
of evolving.
