Letter of Endorsement
I hereby, as the President of the Class of 2013 of the Royal College Union confirm and
endorse officially the appointment of Mr. Dayan Egodawela as a Senior Committee
Member of the Class of 2013 with effect from the due date of this letter, for a period of
one year unless re-elected at the next annual general meeting or resigned or removed
from position under any disciplinary act or majority vote of the members of class of
2013.
I also confirm that he, as a Senior Committee Member of the class of 2013 for the
mentioned time period, has understood and is obliged to carry out his tasks, primarily
as under-mentioned and anything within the job scope to voluntarily benefit the class of
2013, its activities and progress.
 Providing leadership and direction to all activities of the Association, the senior
committee and all standing, discretionary and committees when necessary under
the guidance of the executive committee.
 Represent the class of 2013 in all media publications, interviews and any special
curriculum or event when necessary.
 Directly be a part of the default steering committee in any event the Group of
2013 is organizing.
Members of the senior committee is also obliged to carry out any other tasks assigned
by the President of the class of 2013 within the job scope and job description for the
benefit of the class of 2013, Royal College and its programs.
