 In my role as Sales Planning Manager, I supported the Alternative Channels Team which included accounts such as
Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Dollar General nationally.
 Utilized syndicated (Nielsen) data, as well as Retail Link & 1010 (where applicable) to analyze category trends and
prepare customized presentations for individual customers.
 Prepared quarterly business reviews, annual line/category reviews and make recommendations on distribution
opportunities based on those trends as well as using demographics, category/brand demand index and existing brand
strength across core markets.
 Developed period reports for Team Director to track Walmart & Sam’s business on Reily’s fiscal calendar.
 Developed Walmart reports for buyers utilizing Retail Link to track feature and rollback activity weekly.
 Developed monthly automated reports on each brand/category to be used by all channel sales teams. Some of the key
business indicator reports included metrics such as %ACV, Share, CDI/BDI, Volume, Item Pricing and Category vs.
Brand performance. These KBI reports covered each category and the top competitive brands in both Nielsen
Syndicated Markets and most Major Retailers.
 Utilized Nielsen’s market maps to create a database allowing any retailer store list to be aligned by Nielsen market.
 Identified distribution losses and created 52 week store level analysis to calculate financial loss to both Reily Foods and
Retailer which resulted in re-gaining 100% of the lost distribution and lead to additional expanded distribution.
