Career Biography
Morgan oversees the US region. He joined LEWIS in 1996 from pharmaceutical giant, GSK,
and, as part of the executive team, grew LEWIS to be the largest tech PR firm in the UK.
In 1998, Morgan founded the LEWIS US operations, now one of the top ten technology PR
firms (O’Dwyer’s) and the Technology Agency of the Year (Holmes Report).
Based in San Francisco, CA, Morgan was ranked by PRWEEK as one of the ’40 Under 40’
in 2009. He hosts blogs about PR and performance and photography.

4. Lucy Allen

Career Biography
Lucy is responsible for the agency’s account servicing proposition, client service and global
best practices. In her 17 years with LEWIS, she has developed many of the agency’s
methodologies, including those for client management, measurement and social media and
has also led its diversification into digital PR.
Lucy provides strategic direction on accounts and works with clients on messaging,
coaching and campaign planning. She has experience both in Europe and the US, has led
some of the agency’s largest campaigns for Adobe, Borland, BT and SAP, conducted
launch campaigns for numerous start-ups and helped many emerging brands build their
portfolio.

provides the leadership and direction for LEWIS PR’s digital services team. Stephen
has a great depth of experience in providing integrated digital strategies for LEWIS PR
clients that encompass search, social media and improved user web experiences, all
with an eye towards delivering exceptional business results.
Prior to joining LEWIS PR, Stephen was Vice President and Managing Director for
iCrossing where he was responsible for digital marketing strategies and client support
for several Fortune 500 brands, including Bank of America, Fidelity Investments, GE
and Mastercard.

Haley joined LEWIS Pulse and the social media team in 2009 from Morrissey & Company in
Boston, where she focused on reputation management and public relations for healthcare
and financial institutions. Haley has extensive experience managing global social media
campaigns for companies that include Cisco, Microsoft, SAP, McAfee and VMware.
Haley and her team have also developed social and digital campaigns for key industry
events such as Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Intel Developer Forum, VMware
VMworld, and McAfee FOCUS Conference. As Managing Director of the Digital Marketing
team at LEWIS Pulse, Haley's role focuses on providing clients with an integrated marketing
approach encompassing social media, SEO/SEM, and digital services.
