2. Oh, good, you‘re all back! :) One thing beforehand – writing the dialogues with Braille was quite a task for me. I had a very clear picture of her character in my head and also knew exactly what I wanted her to sound like… but boy, that was hard to write! Writing a story in a foreign language is a nicy challenge for me, but using slang words or writing an accent was too hard. I tried several versions and failed, somehow it would not feel right. Well, I had to face it I just don‘t know enough about colloquial expressions and even urban dictionaries online wouldn‘t tell me in which context some phrases would or would not be used. So I only used a few abbrevations and some expressions that - to me - seem to be general colloquial English and I felt comfortable with using. I have to say even though it‘s not what I originally planned I‘m pretty pleased with the result as it is. If something sounds queery, please be forgiving. :) Thanks. Now there is only to hope my effort was enough to transport a bit of Braille‘s character over the screen. ;) But now - ready to get into my first talk with her? =>
