2. These were my inspiration for my photo shoot. My initial idea was to feature a male on the front. I want my model wearing quite whacky clothes but still in style. I want a white background to keep the photo simplistic as possible. I want my male model to capture the attention.
4. I tried different composition and positions. I found that the eye to eye close ups worked well, they kept the formal simplistic style I wanted like such magazines as Elle and Vogue. The looking down shots eliminated the simplistic beauty and instead looked too edgy.
5. I started experimenting with different poses. I found that the simpler straight faced portraits worked the best.
6. This was experimenting with different props. The opened fur coat worked really well to capture attention. It made the photo look edgy. It gave it a real high fashion look. The camera and hairdryer didn’t work as well as I hoped. The hairdryer made the image seem to fashion whereas I wanted to combine both a music and fashion style. They drew the attention away from the face which made me want to keep it simple with facial shots.
