Campus President and for 5 months to Senior Post- Acute Care Administrator for day-to-day
operations of the14-bed Facility, later known as Post -Acute Care Facility. Managed staff of up
to 29 employees.
Directed actions to meet all DHEC regulations. Received outstanding Surveys for
Certification, Life Safety, and Licensing.
Improved the culture of accountability and patient excellence. Maintained Press
Ganey (Morehead), and Transitional Life Center Surveys Patient Satisfaction Scores
between 86-94%.
Developed and administered annual budget. Operated within 5%-6% variance and
met annual incentives for the 2 years offered.
Managed unit growth during the last 5 months from an average daily census of 7 to
an average daily census of 13.
Doubled the staff from 16 to 29 employees. Obtained excellent Staff Satisfaction
scores under Morehead, maintaining a high Tier II level. I-Greentree software used

Improvement (QAPI) purposes. Focused on Infection rates – with 1 Catheter-
Associated Urinary Tract Infection (CAUTI) in a 5-year period.
2004 to Laurens County Special Needs and Disability Board; Laurens, South Carolina
2011 A public, non-profit agency serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, head
injuries, or spinal cord injuries. Programs licensed by the South Carolina Department of Disabilities
and Special Needs and /or the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control.
Early Interventionist: Responsible to Early Intervention Supervisor for assessing, teaching,
and advocating for the at-risk and/or disabled child and family utilizing community agencies.
Collaborated with parents, schools, physicians, and therapists on the child’s behalf as
a home-based resource and educator to both child and parent with a caseload as high
as 21. Served as a Baby Net provider at DDSN.
Trained in Applied Behavioral Therapy, Autism, and various other Pervasive
Developmental Disorders.

of the facility in accordance with current regulations.
Reviewed and interpreted financial statements as well as policy and procedures with
residents, families, and employees.
Assisted department directors, consultants, and other personnel while maintaining
adequate liaison with all parties including maintaining availability and visibility on
evening and weekends and providing a hands on approach with patients and families.
Promoted an atmosphere of teamwork, warmth, and personal interest throughout
facility through celebrations upon goals met, after-hour dinners, and socials. Formed
