2. Aeroseal introduces new wireless
technology for HomeSeal Pro installations.
Walls, floors and ceilings have never been a
boundary for Aeroseal’s sealant… it seeks out
leaky ducts anywhere and seals them from the
inside out with its micron size aerosol particles.
Fewer techs needed.
Those same walls, floors and ceilings no longer
present a boundary to the technicians who
monitor the computer-controlled application of
the sealant either. Gone are the days of one
Aeroseal technician being confined with the
HomeSeal machine in the basement or attic
(or wherever the home’s HVAC unit might be
located), while a second technician monitored
the sealing process throughout the remainder
of the house.
With HomeSeal PRO, now ONE technician can
control the entire sealing process, via tablet,
from anywhere inside (or outside) the house.
Yes, the extended reach of our new wireless
solution allows the HomeSeal system to remain
outside the home in the truck or trailer and
STILL perform the entire sealing job from
start to finish.
Enhanced homeowner engagement.
Perhaps the best benefit of the HomeSeal PRO
— for the homeowner especially — is that the
more mobile tech is able to engage with him or
her throughout the sealing event. With tablet in
hand to monitor the sealing job, the tech is able
HomeSeal PRO
Duct Sealing
from the Inside
A central heating and cooling system
in a home is only as efficient as the
duct system that supports it. Most
home duct systems have never been
properly checked for duct leakage or
airflow because air leaks cannot be
seen. However, it is known that 20% to
40% leakage is present in 4 out of 5
homes we visit. Sealing those leaky
ducts is the MOST cost-effective,
energy-saving improvement a home-
owner can make – above replacing
windows, adding insulation or even
upgrading the furnace.*
Aeroseal is the most effective way to
quickly and easily reduce duct
leakage in a home—up to 98%.
What this means for a homeowner is:
• Increased comfort by fixing
hot/cold spots in the home
• Decreased humidity and dust
build-up
• Less allergens entering the home
• AND, savings money with reduced
heating / cooling costs!
More comfort. More savings.

to move about a residence more freely,
communicating all steps of the process
with the homeowner. Even better, a more
mobile tech is able to talk about other HVAC
needs during the process.
Close more sales.
The HomeSeal PRO comes pre-loaded with a
complete library of Aeroseal sales and marketing
materials, including videos. All this is at the
tech’s fingertips to easily show prospective
homeowners the benefits of sealing their home
with Aeroseal. Something this simple will add
unbelievable value to every service call and will
ultimately result in MORE AEROSEAL JOBS.
In summary, HomeSeal PRO benefits include:
• Increased mobility/flexibility freeing the tech to
perform other tasks — coil cleaning, dryer vent
cleaning, equipment change out, etc. — during
the sealing process
• Remote “pause” capabilities (especially
valuable when doing ongoing inspections)
• Better connectivity — extended range WiFi
monitors from up to 150 ft. clear range
• Enhanced customer experience
• Speed/ease of doing work
• Immediate access to videos & Aeroseal
marketing tools
In this hyper-connected, hyper-competitive industry,
time management is more critical than ever. Our
HomeSeal PRO is definitely a time- and labor-
saving feature that knows no boundaries!

3. Our patent for your success.
With funding from the Department of Energy,
the California Institute for Energy Efficiency, the
EPA and the Electric Power Research Institute, a
revolutionary new duct sealing technology was
developed by inventor Dr. Mark Modera and a
team of researchers at Lawrence Berkeley
National Laboratory in 1994.
Aeroseal was extensively researched, developed
and tested in the most strenuous HVAC environ-
ments. We have now had our system in operation
for more than 20 years and sealed more than
100,000 homes. This competitive advantage can
be yours!
The Aeroseal Solution
Declared a most effective method for
sealing ductwork by Consumer Reports
magazine, Aeroseal is the only way to reach
and seal the entire ductwork system,
without tearing out walls and ceilings. This
technology seals duct leaks from the inside
by injecting a fog of aerosolized sealant
particles directly into a pressurized duct
system. The key to the technology is
keeping the particles suspended within the
air stream without depositing on the duct
surfaces until they reach the leaks, where
they leave the air stream and deposit at the
edges, thereby sealing the leaks.
Before any injection of sealant can begin,
all registers must be blocked. Blocking can
be done several different ways. General
best practice is to use a closed cell blocking
foam. Pre-seal and post-seal tests and a
certificate of completion is generated at
the end of the sealing event, guaranteeing
the sealing results for 10 years.
The flexibility that HomeSeal PRO offers by keeping the equipment in or around the trailer, significantly saves
on man hours previously spent on set up and tear down. And, with HomeSeal PRO's wireless capabilites, the
increased mobility now permits a technician to perform other tasks and have higher consumer engagement
simultaneously while the sealing event is taking place.
Before After
Aeroseal can be used to seal almost all types of ductwork – from rigid
to flexible, lined or unlined, even duct board and wall cavities. And, it
will seal leaks as large as 5/8". Since it seals only the holes, approxi-
mately one to two ounces of sealant is all that remains on the inside of
the duct system after an Aeroseal application. While materials such as
caulk, tape and mastic can break down over time – Aeroseal remains
flexible and comes with a 10-year warranty. Our UL-approved sealant
is an inorganic, non-volatile acetate polymer that has been used in
water-based paints, baby pacifiers and chewing gum. There is simply
nothing safer or better for sealing ducts than Aeroseal.
Designed for use on all kinds of ductwork.

Proven results.
At the completion of the duct sealing process, the computerized
Aeroseal system generates an official guarantee that compares the
before and after rate of leakage. Your customers will love the
official proof of effectiveness — good for claiming rebates and
code compliance.
