Attendees will learn specific do's and don'ts for optimizing their LinkedIn profile as well as techniques for holding a recruiter's attention on their profile. Denis Curtin has 15 years of experience helping job seekers optimize their LinkedIn use. There is no cost to attend and networking will be encouraged after the presentation.

Your LinkedIn profile is your second most important job hunting tool, next to your resume. This
presentation will focus on different ways to use this free tool to energize your job search.
In "Energize Your Job Search Using the New LinkedIn Profile,"
Denis Curtin will present methods you can apply to attract
internal and external recruiters to your LinkedIn profile.
Specific LinkedIn profile Do's and Don'ts will be discussed so you
can quickly improve your LinkedIn profile. Techniques to hold the
recruiter's attention on your profile will also be presented.
Denis Curtin is a LinkedIn Trainer and Coach who (for over 15years) has helped job seekers at
the Holy Family Job Support Group in Inverness, IL. This group has been assisting job seekers for
29 years and is one of the longest running job support groups in the Greater Chicago Area.
Networking: Get to know your fellow participants by networking after the presentation. Most
jobs are generated through networking, meeting others and exchanging useful tips and
information.
There is no cost to attend and everyone is welcome. Dress is business casual.
