1. Just finished the 4 day Application Build for Administrators training,
thank you John Rodgers for good sessions - and good food too.
It was a good way to start learning to navigate in OneStream, and to
get to know all the components. Very happy to be confirmed in my
belief that it is a great tool with strong features to guide, control,
manage, report, and document.
Many things are even simple set-up, so the big challenge will be to
apply with care.
Done right, I see OneStream as a great tool for Consolidation,
Planning, Reporting, etc.
Done wrong, I see a risk that users will find themselves in a
straightjacket, and Admins caught in endless updates.
But of course we will nail it, and get it exactly right

2. I realize, however, that there are still many things to learn, not least
how it all ties together, so we will have to be humble and accept that it
will be a long-lasting process.
We will start light, just replacing HFM with OneStream, and then
continuously adding features to improve and refine.
Maybe OneStream can set up workflows to guide us into making all
the right choices ?
