I am an Offering Manager for IBM Smarter Process specialising in IBM Business Process Manager. I have over 25 years experience in software development. Early in my career I promoted the adoption of BPM, UML & RUP for managing and implementing enterprise software solutions. I worked with early BPM products including Forté & SeeBeyond before joining Lombardi in 2007. I began as a BPM consultant I went on to fulfil analyst and project management roles. I continued in Software Services when IBM acquired Lombardi in 2010 and moved into Product Management in 2013.
