Air logic has a number of significant advantages over electronics, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems in the right applications. This webinar will cover some of these advantages, including a real cost savings both up front and during its use over a lifetime.
We will be looking at the simplicity of air logic installation, without the cost of electricians, plumbers, etc. and how to safely use it in a hazardous environment. Examples of some schematics will be shown.
Watch this webinar to learn:
How to put together inexpensive circuits to achieve great results
Applications where you should use air logic instead of electronics
Life expectancy of air logic components
Cost of hardware compared to electrical

Air Pilot Options:
• Standard Pilot – It can be threaded onto any push button
valve and convert a manual valve to an air pilot valve.
• Air Pilot with Snap Action – Actuation of valve is delayed
until pilot pressure reaches 35 PSIG.
• Air Pilot with reset – Sharply applied pilot signal of 40
PSIG shifts valve, then operator resets even though the
pilot pressure remains on.
• Air Pilot with Snap Action and Reset – Combines the
functions of the air pilot with snap action and the air pilot
with reset in one operator
