I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Devan Dodge. Devan was a staff
member with Mid American Pompon for four years. Throughout that time, Devan has been
among our top staffers. Her desire to help our teams achieve their goals is tremendous. She is
enthusiastic, reliable and is well liked by the teams that attend our camps, as well as her fellow
staffers.
Devan’s responsibilities as a member of the Mid American Pompon Summer Camp staff are
extensive. She must learn and be able to instruct all of the routines that are taught throughout our
many camp sessions. Our staff is assigned to one team per session that they work with on a daily
basis on perfecting routines, basic skills, as well as team building activities. In addition, Devan
was also a coordinator for our All Star team for the time she was a member of staff. The All Star
team is a 200 member performance team that performs locally, nationally and internationally.
The responsibilities of the All Star coordinator are many. Devan did an exceptional job in this
position.
When you meet Devan you will immediately notice her enthusiasm and love for working with
others. Devan’s professionalism and energy is something that is hard to come by. From the
standpoint of her boss, she has been a true asset to this organization.
I cannot say enough about what an outstanding young woman and staff member Devan has been.
It is for these reasons that I offer my highest recommendations for Devan without reservation.
