As Console operator, C6-C8 cut process Unit having Hydrogenation Liquid phase Reactor and vapor phase
Reactor, Tank farm, Fuel gas fired heaters, Hydrogen compressors, Utilities and Effluent treatment units,
implementing assigned tasks within company’s ISO standards, procedures, schedules, rules & regulations.
Responsibilities:
During pre-commissioning and early commissioning phase I performed,
 Redefine systems for early production (red marked P&ID’s) and partial start-up of unit.
Redefine pre-commissioning and commissioning plan accordingly.
Participate to punching of systems and checking for reinstatement of systems.
Use of Win PCS software for turn over system.

During Commissioning phase I have been assigned following tasks:
Developing and preparation of pre-commissioning systems and detailed procedures for flushing, blowing,
lube oil systems flushing, chemical cleaning/pickling of process lines of compressors, leak test according to
client standards and comments; submission for review, comments & approval.
Developing and prepare inspection and test reports for pre-commissioning activities and forwarding forCommissioning Manager’s review/comments,
 Coordinating approval and integration in QA&QC plan for pre-commissioning and commissioning.
DCS, ESD and PLC testing, coordinating a team of 2 operators, one instrument/vendor’s representatives for packages.
Weekly operations preparedness and progress report.
Participating in daily project activities meeting.
Monitor equipment erection, testing plan in coordination with project and maintenance departments.
Performing of dry out of heaters, testing of compressors (surge tests of compressors).
Start-up performance test and tuning of controllers.

 Review and update pre commissioning plan accordingly with QA&QC system and required standards.
Daily planning and execution of flushing, air blowing, test activities.

Isometric drawing checks, hydrostatic test, pneumatic test, inspection and final Box-up vessels.
