Career Overview-
Overall experience of more than 8+ year and currently working as Internal consultant leading
cross functional teams in high visibility programs with focus on innovation, Ideation and process
efficiencies & effectiveness improvement. Deploy and coach the principles of Lean
Management to organizational leaders and team member including: identification and
reduction of waste (non-value-added activity), implementation of standard work, huddles and
visualization of process, mistake-proofing, value stream mapping, daily management,
engagement, skill matrix and problem solving. Prepare and deliver formal presentations;
facilitate discussion with all levels of leadership and individual contributors involving internal
and external business partner. Overall responsible for deployment of lean concept and
principles for more than 1000 FTE and also managing the sustain efforts within the
organization.
Trained on Lean concept and technique in US (Minneapolis) and have been part of the
extensive Lean program with various projects related to different financial function for three
months including on job training in US. Same concepts and techniques was deployed in various
business unit in India center.
Previous work experience includes Wipro and Vertex in the field of Workforce Planning and
Analytics. Dealing with Clients in US and UK and working for some major companies like AOL
and Kodak.

Current Role – Team Leader with the Lean Deployment team. Member of the core team,
helping delivering classroom training and process improvement, adoption of lean tool and
concept, Ideation, Problem Solving, Reporting, Planning deployment and time frame.
Coordination with Leadership team for Deployment and Sustain strategies.
Job Role and Responsibilities
Coaching the principles of Lean Management to leadership and team members including –
Process mapping, Value stream mapping, identification and reduction of waste (non-value-

Taking care of the overall training requirements of the business units undergoing Lean
Deployment
