Managing different tenders ahead of starting a project can
turn out to be hectic. The custom tender management
module allows you to effectively manage these tenders with
large bill of quantities (BOM), and allow vendors to bid on
your tenders from the front end and see their score.

2. 1.Features of Custom Tender Management App
The tender management app will provide the flexibility to choose among
two bidding types- Open/Commercial Bid and Restricted/Technical Bid.
Open Bid allows suppliers to set out tender RFQs for everyone,
regardless of application criteria. While, a restricted Bid will be published
for selected business size/domain/sellers.

3. 2.Technical Bid in Odoo Tender Management:
A Technical bid form will be displayed on the portal when the Supplier bids a
particular tender.
The supplier can fill the form and submit it.
After the approval, user can Publish the Tender on Portal.
As this bid is "Restricted," it will be visible only to the selected Supplier.
Only the manager has the right to approve the tender.
User/Manager will be able to see the Bid results.

4. Tender User/Manager can enter a score for the Bid answers.
After the bidding period ends, the Manager will be able to select the Bid and
approve it.
Upon approval, the supplier will be notified through an email.
The manager can also create a Purchase Order (PO) for that particular Bid.
The tender Manager can Publish the result so the supplier can see the bid
score and bid status on the portal.

5. 3.Commercial Bid in Odoo Tender Management:
As this Bid is open for all suppliers, bidders can sign up from the portal itself.
Supplier needs to fill up the Price and remarks in the Commercial Bid Form.
Supplier can see the Bid History.
Tender Manager can approve multiple tenders at a time.
Automated Notification Email is sent to the supplier when the Bid is
approved.
