What have we done to face this challenges
• Increase trained Staff & Re-designed outgoing and residential
programmes to meet specific needs to new profiles:
• mental health, new psychoactive substances, gender violence related
with drug abuse, aged population.
• Increase psychotherapy individual attention for mental health co-morbidity
cases and coordination with public medical network
• Increase knowledge about effective drug treatment “Expertise”
• Coordination and alliances with other social organizations and Advocacy
engagement with Public Administration
• Identify new challenges, re-design intervention based on evidence, good
practices, assess results and disseminate our experience.
