Ms. Karin Kase is a Communications Advisor in the Ministry of the Interior in Estonia, where she is responsible for drafting strategic communication plans and advising the Estonian Minister of the Interior and other spokespersons in communications issues. Ms. Kase has a Master’s degree in journalism from Tartu University, and has also spent time studying in Georgia and the Netherlands. Before she turned to public relations, she worked as a reporter in a local newspaper and a show-host on national radio. When she is not at work, she is probably traveling, listening to music, or coaching high school students in debate.
