2. How would you describe your
Business?
NavAlgo is an R&D startup building bridges between
science and industry.
We build integrated solutions for intelligent resource
allocation in logistics. We deliver solutions which are
designed to achieve optimized and reliable results
in conditions of uncertainty.
We create cutting-edge algorithms and conceive in-
house Artificial Intelligence to optimize business
operations for our clients in logistics and supply chain.

3. What problems could your
Product solve?
We are able to perform predictive analytics on
data which is specific to logistics. We limit the
need to invest in the generation of new data.
We can leverage “small” and “messy” data.
At NavAlgo, we are capable of achieving a
reliability in forecasting and tracking which
has never been seen before using a multi-scale
forecasting engine.

4. What is a Typical Use Case
for your solution?
In retail, NavAlgo forecasts demand and helps
to automatically and dynamically optimize
purchasing and distribution in order to
acheive a sales target.
In transport, NavAlgo works on reliable ETA
forecasting for shipments, bringing in better
supply chain visibility and predictibility.
In distribution, NavAlgo can optimize routes to
reduce the duration of operations, fuel
consumption and CO2 emissions.

5. What can your product do for the
Logistics Industry?
We offer a holistic approach to problems in
logistics, linking demand forecasting with inventory
management and distribution.
We make the most out of already existing data,
usually very uncertain, fragmented, erroneous or
missing.
All our solutions, both the existing ones and
those currently developed, are tailor-made or
adjusted to bring the most added value to our
client.

6. What is your Vision?
Ultimately, we want to master the complexity
in logistics and supply chain by using
data intelligently.
We believe we need to go beyond platform-
centered systems towards a conscious logic of
real-time information flows and causal
relationships.
We want to add the intelligent spark to your
IT systems.
