people in touch.

calls, which is especially important for those times
when you are talking about sensitive information like
medical records or bank information

6.  These landline phones are doesn’t work properly in
some cases this leads to have cross talks,disable
connections(wire)
 Once you leave your home, you cannot use your
landline phones.
 Due to lack of mobility, the power packed “mobile
phones”are created to lift over these difficulties.

7. MOBILE PHONES
 A mobile phone, cellular "cell" phone or hand phone is
an electronic device used to make mobile telephone
calls across a wide geographic area.
 It keeps you in constant contact with people you
consider important. It can help you seek help
immediately during emergency cases.
 Its a sense of being financially uplifted. we can carry
it anywhere .

 It is expensive. People spend less time bonding with
there family and friends. They just contact through
phone and became too lazy meeting outside .

and lots of money buying the latest model .it affects
our body because of radiation it produces.
 It is easily broken. Mobile phone makes it easier to
invade privacy. Some times this mobile phones are also
not work out in some situations.
 so here people need something better to maintain
their network .this gives rise to birth of “VoIP”.

 Voice over Internet Protocol (Voice over IP, VoIP) is a
family of technologies, methodologies,
communication protocols, and transmission
techniques for the delivery of voice communications
and multimedia sessions over Internet Protocol (IP)
networks, such as the Internet.
 There are three types of VoIP tools that are commonly
used; IP Phones, Software VoIP and Mobile and
Integrated VoIP.

you have a fast Internet connection .you can make PC-
to-PC phone calls anywhere in the world for free.
 Another advantage of VoIP is portability. We can make
and receive phone calls wherever there is a broadband
connection simply by signing in to your VoIP account.
 There are many other features that make VoIP
attractive. We can also send data such as pictures and
documents at the same time you are talking on the
phone.

 Skype is a software application that allows users to
make voice and video calls and chats over the Internet.
 Skype has also become popular for its additional
features which include instant messaging, file
transfer, and videoconferencing.
 Skype has 663 million registered users as of 2010.

 Calls are free from Skype to Skype, and less expensive
from Skype to phone. This not only provides the user
convenience but also saves money.

 Skype requires your computer to be turned on and the
software up and running in order to make calls.

use a typical land-line telephone with the Skype
software other than a corded USB phone.
 Skype subscribers who are having difficulty using the
service have limited options for getting in touch with
Skype customer service.
 Call quality from Skype may suffer if you have a slower-
than-average Internet connection.
