Measurement
• Check for Transformer Oil Leaks
(Visual)
• Check Transformer Cooling Systems
• Silica Gel Colour
• Transformer Noise
If you notice anything abnormal, Please inform your Technical head
immediately to prevent any damages.

12. According to international rules, there are only two voltage levels:
• Low voltage: up to and including 1kV AC (or 1,500V DC).
• High voltage: above 1kV AC (or 1,500V DC).
Operation of Circuit breakers:
Make and break all currents within the scope of their ratings, from small
inductive and capacitive load currents up to the full short circuit current, and
this under all fault conditions in the power supply system, such as earth
faults, phase opposition, and so on.
The following stress can occur during making and breaking:
No-load switching
Breaking of operating currents
Breaking of short circuit currents
MV Switchgears (OCB, VCB and SF6)
13. CONDITION MONITORING AND REGULAR INSPECTIONS
Regular Inspections
• Indications Lights
• Function meters (Voltage,
Current)
• SF6 Gas Pressure
• Protection Relays
• Operating Noises
• Operating Counter
If you notice anything abnormal, Please inform your
Technical head immediately to prevent any damages.
