Vehicle Modelling.
 Involved in CAD data study and geometric cleaning. Part and property names are assigned as per
domain specification and client requirement.
 Ensuring quality parameters based on analysis intent, Full vehicle Integration by merging all
subassemblies.
 FE model generation with specified quality criteria (Aspect ratio, Skewness, Min. Length, Max.
Length, Warpage etc...) and other domain specifications
 Clearing User thickness, Penetrations and Duplicates.
 Wrapping and decimation of 2nd
order parts are carried out with CATIA.
