database to attend the seminar and track the Leads to the sales team and tracking
efficiency and other reports on performance of the seminar to value generation for
LinkedIn. LinkedIn supports its operation requirement with various rages of tools
including Eloqua, Adobe - Experience Manager, Sales Force, Jira and also a variety of
DWH Platforms.

Conducted research and documented As-Is processes, defined To-Be processes along with the business
process flows
Successfully implemented Lean, Six Sigma, Fish Bone & Ishikawa Analysis for identifying the defect and
creating change process for improving the efficiency in lead generations
