3. INTRODUCTION
A job portal, also known as a career is a modern name for an onlinejob
portal systemoffering a board range of jobsand providing employerin
thequest to locateideal candidates. Jobportal offera board rangeof
jobs in a vast number of fields. Governmentagencies , private,
business, universitiesand non-profileorganizationhave theirown
open jobvacancies postswhich can be accessed on theorganization’s
websites, but it does not fulfill both the employer’sand jobseeker
requirementscompletely. Most companies wastetheirvaluabletime
and resources trying to find theright candidates.
Viewing availablejob , orapplying for the job agencycan be done
for which job seekers has to go to theagencyand check the available
jobs that theagency. Jobseekers check the listof jobs availableand
apply for job .Then theagency will show availablejobs for the jobseeker
for his qualificationand then update the jobsdatabase.
7. TESTING
In “ONLINE JOB PORTAL SYSTEM” proper validation
testing is done for logging in, the user must provide valid
user id and password otherwise and error message will be
displayed
In “ONLINE JOB PORTAL SYSTEM” integration testing is
done. After integrating all modules, whole system is tested.
In “ONLINE JOB PORTAL SYSTEM” each unit is tested
before integrating them.
In “ONLINE JOB PORTAL SYSTEM” whenever the user
tries to insert any blank fields into the system and put
phone number larger than ten, wrong email format, an
error message is displayed
8. CONCLUSION
This applicationaims in giving a user-friendly
experienceto the users with a simple but logical
frontend it has achieved so at its completion. This
applicationalso achieves certain functional
capabilitieswith the latest technologystack used in
the industries today. The testing results shows that the
applicationis scalableand can handle decent load.
Also, this applicationdoes not have any geographical
constraints as anyone from any part of the world can
get registered to the applicationand search for jobs or
post jobs
