MAJOR PROJECT ON MR VEHICLE

ABSTRACT
 Centre axis rotary vehicle or Multi role vehicle is a method to
provide 180 degree rotation angle to our vehicle. In this
technique we are putting a special lifting frame mechanism,
which is mounted in centre of vehicle. The purpose of this
concept is to reverse back of our vehicle in road damage
condition in hilly areas or very short space circumstances.
CONSTRUCTION
The components used in the construction of MR Vehicle are:-
1) Screw Shaft
2) Two DC Gear Motor
3) Sliding channel
4) Nut
5) Free wheel
6) Bearings
7) Transformer
8) Power Supply
9) Metal body frame.
PROJECT CONSTRUCTION
Now we plan to construct this concept as a final year project with adding some new
feature like joy stick to control lifting and rotary motion.
Step 1:-

 Now we arrange bearing and bearing fixture to hold m/s screw
rode
PROJECT CONSTRUCTION (contd.)
 This fixture is fit in a metal frame
and after this step we connect
sliding channel on the both side of
metal frame, and then we connect
another metal frame with sliding
channel as shown.
 Now we connect dc gear motor
with screw rode and screw rode’s
nut is weld with outer metal
frame. When screw rode rotate, it
slide nut downward and nut slide
down outer metal, which is
connect with sliding channel for
smooth vertical alignment.

 Now we construct body rotating
fixture with the help of dc gear motor
and free wheel. This body rotating
fixture is connected with vertical
sliding mechanism outer metal frame
as shown .
Now we construct vehicle body frame
and fix entre setup on this frame. This
setup is control by simple joystick.

APPLICATION OF SELF AXIS ROTARY
VEHICLE
 Centre axis rotary vehicle is a method to provide 180 degree rotation angle to
our vehicle. In this technique we are putting a special lifting frame mechanism,
which is mounted in centre of vehicle. The purpose of this concept is in road
damage condition in hilly areas or very short space circumstances to reverse
back our vehicle
 One guy in California back in the 1950′s realized that a 5th wheel was
necessary. See, back then, cars in America were absolutely massive. Parallel
parking a 21 foot long car with 6 feet of Detroit-built trunk space behind the
rear axle was an obvious challenge. The solution? A 5th wheel that retracts
from the trunk, lifts the car up, and allows the car to swing itself out of parking
spots. It’s fascinating really. But what else can you use it for, you ask? Well,
imagine you have a small driveway and you are terrible at backing into it. With
the new “Park Car”, you can pull into the driveway, drop the 5th wheel, spin
the car 180 degrees and back into your garage with ease. The video claims that
“Even the worst driver can make the garage without denting a fender with the
aid of 5th wheel driving”.
