In this example, I noticed many luxury
homes had custom upgraded interiors with
custom or high-end stoves, and kitchen
appliancees.

and keep sharing with the them

Wealthy people love to show their guests
custom features like a wet bar, multi-car garage
or gigantic TV no one else has.
Which items can you easily install in your
current home which would be a draw to folks
who aren’t living the ‘high-life” lifestyle but want
to?

we’re going to list out 5-10 different items
which they can easily change, fix or
replace to suit a more luxury audience.
And then show them where they can find

I would go ahead and have images of each
website and the exact luxury item which
wealthy people wanted in their homes (TV,

For each example you give, go into more
detail than just one sentence. Really give

neighborhood (4-5 blocks) to your party,
and really feature the home.

buyers would want to come to.

More tips and secrets. This part the
entire 3 part secrets secrets, should last
about 25-30 minutes.
Feel free to add more than 30 minutes,
but don’t go too overboard time-wise.
Some agents don’t advertise at all. Instead
they hire a PR firm to do it for them. This could
work well for you. Here are 3 I recommend.
Get into the head space of the buyer. Find out
what is motivating them. Usually it is NOT
price. Then stress those benefits and features
in every conversation you have wth them
specifically.
Do a pro inspection of all pests and termites,
and anything else you would want to be done if
YOU were buying the home. Then give the
prospective buyer a COPY of ALL the
inspections.

Wealthy people love to show their guests custom features like a wet bar, multi-car garage or gigantic TV no one else has. Which items can you easily install in your current home which would be a draw to folks who aren’t living the ‘high-life” lifestyle but want to? FRAMEWORK EXAMPLE:
  • 28. For our example webinar for secret #2, we’re going to list out 5-10 different items which they can easily change, fix or replace to suit a more luxury audience.   • 30. More tips and secrets. This part the entire 3 part secrets secrets, should last about 25-30 minutes. Feel free to add more than 30 minutes, but don’t go too overboard time-wise. Some agents don’t advertise at all. Instead they hire a PR firm to do it for them. This could work well for you. Here are 3 I recommend. Get into the head space of the buyer. Find out what is motivating them. Usually it is NOT price. Then stress those benefits and features in every conversation you have wth them specifically. Do a pro inspection of all pests and termites, and anything else you would want to be done if YOU were buying the home. Then give the prospective buyer a COPY of ALL the inspections. FRAMEWORK EXAMPLE:
