How chef education is organised in ZSO Bobowa

4. A typical day at school starts at 7:10am and finishes at 2:45pm. We have 6 – 8 lessons a day, each lesson lasts 45 minutes. Twice a week we have practical lessons in the kitchen. There are 23 students in our class: 9 chefs and 14 waiters. We have some lessons together with the waiters . We often cook and serve at special occasions and school events.
