 Converted paper time sheets to electronic. Eliminated the use of paper time sheets and created an electronic
system for all supervisors to use.
 Created a probationary and yearly review system. No system was in place to accurately and timely review
employees’ performance. Each employee is now on a schedule for review.

Manages monthly bank reconciliations and handles all accounts payables. Work closely with CFO to assure all
monies coming in and going out are accounted for and accurately entered. Ensures all accounts receivables are at
a maximum of 60 days and handle collections when necessary.

Manages the invoices for largest account for CCI for Barnett Shale and Haynesville Divisions. All work orders are

Rapidly progressed from managing import freight clearance for one Distribution Center to managing freight clearance
for three Distribution Centers. Manages and corrects all customs duty payments for five Distribution Centers. Submits

packets to U.S. Customs, Food and Drug Administration and U.S. Department of Fish and Wildlife. Creates and
submits entry reconstruction packets to U.S. Customs. Creates and submits Post Entry Adjustment requests to U.S.
Customs & Border Protection.
Selected Accomplishments
 Converted paper log books to electronic. Created electronic log book to track customs’ entries. Created
additional fields to assist inventory, logistics and accounting departments in their daily duties.
 Created new filing system for entry documents to easily audit inbound shipments.
 Became the focal point for all U.S. Fish & Wildlife shipments. Using the FWS E-dec system, handles all
inbound shipments that require Fish & Wildlife approval.
 Work closely with Supply Chain Analyst to create a comprehensive Whiteboard metrics, tracking all Inbound
Coordinators entry activity.
Vendor Compliance / Domestic Logistics Coordinator (2004–2005)
Managed all Department of Health Bedding License applications for overseas vendors. Includes payment vouchers,
vendor applications and communicating closely with State Department of Health offices. Handled all documentation for
InterContinental transfers and invoice payments.
Selected Accomplishments
 Improved Licensing procedures by setting up filing system by renewal date rather than vendor name. This
enabled coordinator to always have renewal at hand on a daily basis.
 Created excel templates for commercial invoices, packing lists, Certificate of Origin and NAFTA certificates.

Scheduled load times and dates for all export containers from Distribution Centers to overseas vendors. Processed
