Aircraft Structures Mechanic with experience working on large and small aircraft both fixed and rotary
wing. My focus is increasing my knowledge, skills and abilities in the aircraft industry.
WORK OF EXPERIENCE
06/2014-03/2015: Al Salam Aircraft Company, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
-Boeing Aircraft program contracted through Al Salam Aircraft Company.
-Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanic working in the Pylon and Adapter program performing new
component production of munitions pylons and adapters for Saudi Air Force F-15 aircraft.
-As one of the first employees assigned to this new program I, along with other team members,
was responsible for developing work instructions, tool lists and coordinating with Boeing Aircraft
Company to ensure all engineering, technical data, tooling and assembly fixtures were in place
for production.
-Ensured the on time start and completion of the First Article (FAI) of both pylon and adapter
with approval from Al Salam Aircraft co. quality control, Boeing Supplier Quality and Defense
Contracts Management Agency (DCMA).
-As a member of the FAI team I was responsible to maintain the highest quality and FOD control
standards on every assembly.
-Very skilled in the use of all necessary hand and power tools, installation of Hi-lok, Hi-teague,
solid and blind fasteners. Very qualified in the use of hole and fastener Go/No Go gauges,
countersink gauges, calipers and micrometers.
-Selected to perform duties as shop OJT trainer. Train the Trainer course certified.

-On Premise Route Manager, overseeing distributing to 86 different accounts with a product
portfolio of over 100 different brands.
-Responsible for sales, product presentation, client training and market growth focusing on on-
premise and off premise distribution of wine, beer and spirits.
-Expanded territory an average of 20% by gaining 70% of wine & spirits lists in independent
accounts. Territory growth attributed to strong customer relationships, consistent and frequent

-Most recently worked on the C-130, Programmed Depot Maintenance, (PDM) line, performing
major and minor aircraft sheet metal repairs. Examine and inspect aircraft sheet metal structures
to locate cracks, breaks, holes, bulges, dents and loose or missing rivets.
-Experienced in the use of all basic hand, power and shop tools. Utilize safety practices and
procedures following established safety rules and regulations and maintain a clean and safe work
environment at all times.
-Perform major depot level inspection, repair and modification of military C-130, A-10 and F-4
aircraft. Perform repairs and modifications per aircraft blueprints, engineering orders and
Technical Orders. Inspect aircraft to determine the cause and extent of structural damage.
Perform sealing of both wet and dry fuel cells. Perform various tasks to facilitate Non Destructive
Inspection (NDI) functions.
-Conduct "SLEP" Service Life Extension Program inspections on Air Force A-10 aircraft. Inspect
aircraft to determine the cause and extent of structural damage. Dismantle, repair and/or replace
any and all parts of the aircraft.
-Inspect and repair various airframe structures on F-4 aircraft. Retired aircraft, removed from the
desert were reconditioned to restore air-worthiness and put back into service for a drone training
program.
Perform Sheet metal modifications and repairs on UH-1, UH-60 and CH-53 helicopters to restore
air-worthiness and prepare them for sale to allied nations.
-Administrative and interpersonal duties included but were not limited to communicating
effectively (orally and in writing) with individuals and groups from a variety of backgrounds.
Appropriately, professionally and courteously relate to internal and external customers. Budget
time to ensure strict job completion guidelines for both individual jobs as well as full aircraft
delivery. Developed the ability to effectively plan, organize and prioritize time, resources and
personnel.
Other military aircraft experience includes T-37, T-38 and T-43 (737), while on active duty in the
U.S. Air Force. I also have depot level maintenance experience on KC-135 and AWACS aircraft
while working for Lear Siegler Services Inc. at Tinker AFB in Oklahoma City.

Performed heavy C level checks on CRJ models 200, 700 and 900 commercial passenger aircraft.
Tasked to perform maintenance and completion of Canada Air, Challenger 604. Performed depot
level modification of the engine support beam, as well as primary and secondary cabin floor
support structures. Other duties included a variety of structural repairs as well as assisting with
various system function checks to ensure flight safety. Fabricate parts as necessary, in
accordance with engineering orders. Experienced with Canadair Regional Jet Structural Repair
